Our journey began in Chicago, where we met and discovered a shared passion for exceptional food, hospitality, and hard work. Since then, we’ve worked together in five renowned restaurants, honing our craft and building a seamless partnership in the kitchen.

Our background spans from managing in Three Michelin Star restaurants to providing Private Chef services for high-profile clients, intimate dinner parties, and exciting culinary collaborations. After spending four transformative years in Napa Valley working at The Restaurant at Meadowood, we’ve brought our expertise to Los Angeles, where we now call home.
